At Rigora, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support bhatirishabh668@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
